Ever thought more loans aren’t the way to get out of debt?
Go to the Citizens Advice bureau. If the bad credit rating companies have turned you down you must be really bad.

what secured and unsecured lending?

your only option is to go for an iva. borrowing when your already in lots of debt really isnt advisable. all your gonna do is dig yourself a deeper hole. if you can afford to pay back loans then you can afford to get yourself out of the debt your in now.

Your thinking is completely backwards. You are "in lots of debt and cant get out of it" but for some reason want help to "obtain a loan". If you are trapped by your current debt, the last thing you need is more debt. That would just dig you into a deeper hole. Keep up the good work of keeping current on your debt payments. As you gradually pay it off, you will find it easier and easier to make the monthly payments. Good luck!

Have you tried provident or london scottish? Warning though, their interest rates are horrific but they accept most people. Don’t fall into the trap of loan brokers who charge about 50 pounds to find you a loan. It says in their small print that they will refer you to a debt help agency if they cannot find you a loan so its not guaranteed.

If you need a loan for a car then try british credit trust, they are quite good. But watch for all the horrific interest rates, to be honest try the consumer credit counselling service or the citizens advice for free help.

Dont get another loan!!!! loans cost you money, you will still be paying interest and it will still be classed as credit. I got myself into a lot of trouble, I couldnt get out of it, had nowhere to turn and then someone suggested I contact the Consumer Credit Counselling Service. Basically they contact all of your creditors on your behalf, make playment plans, following a phone call interview with you working out how much in total you can afford each month ot pay back your debts. Once they have this figure they break it down into pieces and make payment offers to each of your creditors, and you basicsally pay them one sum each month and they deal with the rest. I tell you they have been amazing with me, they have helped me so much and taken all the stress of speaking to and dealing with all my creditors, whatsmore they got the interest stopped on what I owe so Im not just clearing interest every month! trust me its the way to go! Look on Yell.com for their number and call them TODAY!!!!!!!!

OK first, I echo the thoughts of my peers of no more loans, it will make it worse.

Then there is the ID fraud as further mentioned,

Be careful that the reason for being turned down is not that you have been turned down before. sounds confusing, but when you apply for Credit, regardless of being successful or not, it still shows on your report.

Lastly, you might want to try the "Free Loan" you can get to help you out here. Minimal interest, no credit check and really flexible terms. They are called your parents. Bank of Mum and Dad might be able to help you out.

Claire. If your credit is so poor because of your previous history why should anybody consider lending you money.Your previous records show that your will or ability to pay your debts was poor.If as you say you are in regular employment and able to meet loan repayments why do you not use this same money to reduce the debts you already have and not borrow more to make the situation even worse? Why on earth do you need another loan? What is it you need to buy that is so urgent? What I think you must do is to take a good look at your finances.Work out the monthly repaym, ents to pay your debts and bills ,deduct from your salary. Have you included everything like rent, utilities, council tax and so on,The amount left after these is what you have to live on.Take away any fares to get to work. Now you have an amount to use for food household necessities and basic living expenses.Only if you have a surplus can you consider new clothes, nights out, takeaways, drinks, holidays away,or any expenditure that is not absolutely essential. If you have a car get rid of it. You cant afford fuel, tax, insurance as you are,.sell the computer. You must now adopt a most simple lifestyle with no frills .This state you have brought upon yourself. Live the life of a miser for a year or two and your problems will resolve themselves. Then although you can relax a bit, use self discipline and restraint to avoid getting into this sort of situation again.

Firstly, I echo the thoughts of others. More debt isn’t the answer, but if you want to get credit, try :
    1st – your bank
2nd – provident, aqua, london scottish. These are for REALLY BAD CREDIT.

I.D Theft has been mentioned. If I were you I would get my credit report from Experian, it costs a few quid and you’ll find out what’s really holding you back. – usually C.C.J’s and bank defaults are the worse!

If it all gets too much and you DON’T own property, a decent car or antiques and don’t have savings, consider bankruptcy.
NATIONAL DEBTLINE will advise. Look it up on the net.

Claire any company giving credit w/o even a check is running a scam. Only do business with people in person. The online "loans" are mostly fronts for identity theft. Don’t be a victim.

Have you looked at your report to see why it is so bad? You actually have to work to get it to the bottom, most people never get close to being that bad. I would look it over if I were you, it sounds like you may have already fallen victim to some fraud or identity theft.

First of all, as an ex Finance Broker, we had to contend with clients like you approaching several brokers at once to process the loan request.
That takes time, money, staff wages and phone bills etc, only to discover when we find a lender that the client has got his loan by another broker he approached several days or weeks ago. It`s like asking half-a-dozen different solicitors to take a court case. Of course! We all want paying! You ask us to work on your behalf, we want paying!
I discovered that although brokers get a bad name from the public, we found the biggest rogues were the public themselves, they would say or do anything to get a loan.
They tell lies, do not disclose previous court orders and it costs us money to find out for ourselves. All for nothing.
They make up fictitious jobs to push up their income to cause the lenders to lend money which they would normally refuse.
And when they cannot repay the loan they blame everyone involved except themselves.
They would say that the broker threatened to kick the door in if they didn`t accept the loan cheque; they would blame the broker for falsyfiying legal documents and loan requests etc.
In fact, everyone was at fault – except the client.

Secondly, if you had £10,000 to lend would you lend it to a complete stranger, knowing he has borrowed money before and refused to pay it back, or was slow in doing so, and had to be taken to court – costing others further money – to pay it back.
The only way you would get a loan, but not saying you would get £3,000, was from an unlicensed loan-shark.
Their interest rates can be several hundreds percent, as opposed to 18% from a bona fide registered lender.

If I was still in business, knowing your past history, I wouldn`t even consider it. It would be a sheer waste of time and you only have yourself to blame – unless there was a genuine excuse for your past extremely bad record.

You say you don`t trust those who ask for an upfront fee!
Honestly, what do you expect? You have proved yourself to be utterly untrustworthy, and it will be a hell of a job getting the money back from you;. your are asking someone to spend time and money processing what may turn out to be a waste of time – which in your case it would be.
I`m sure you don`t work for nothing, neither do Brokers. What do you expect? Something for nothing?
You say you read the small print. Why? You are the one who cannot be trusted.
Apart from that; if you owned your own home, and had more than £3,000 equity, you would be able to get a loan because it would be secured, and if you defaulted, you would lose your house, and quite rightly too.
All this will only help you to save wasting time trying to catch a fish in the local duck pond!!

It’s not applicable to every uk company i.e. Useless. May be it will take some time or pay you with high interest rate but 99% chances are that you’ll get a loan approval.

So what I suggest you in short is apply with this loan dedicated company-
