i need some cash for xmas but have a bad credit history , im behind with my rent and cant afford xmas for my 3?
please help. i am in the uk and need about 2k for xmas and rent. i dont want to pay a admin fee but have a bad credit history. please help me, i need a loan shark, or just something in the west yorkshire region that will help me. please help. i am on the verge of poverty here.
Definitely do not get a loan from anyone on here, they are just waiting for victims like you and if you’re not careful, you’ll end up with thousands of pounds of debt and the heavies knocking on the door taking your kids’ stuff anyway. Call the social and ask for a crisis loan, tell them that your cooker has broken down or something. And pay your rent first, the kids need a home a lot more than they need a load of plastic crap for christmas. Have a look at the "freecycle" website, lots of people give stuff away on there, you may be able to come up with a few goodies for the kids there. Good luck and please, please stay away from the loan sharks.
Who is likely to issue a non UK resident with no credit/bad credit history?
i know it must be a last resort, but have you thought of getting a job ?

With a bad credit history and already being behind with the rent logic would say that the last thing you want is a loan, you will be even worse off. Xmas is a Christian tradition that is increasingly becoming meaningless. – apart from to the balance sheets of Retailers. More people in the world do not have xmas than do. I know that your ‘3′ will be expecting lots of pressies and you don’t want them to be disappointed. But to make your financial situation even worse for the sake of a couple of days of celebration just does not make any kind of sense. Be honest with your kids and sit them down and explain that this year you just do not have the money for xmas. Yes, that is hard, but it will be even harder paying off the loan you seek.

skip christmas and pay your bills. seriously. explain this to your children, or see if there is a non profit group in your area that can include your children on a giving tree. if you are homeless because you couldnt pay your rent your kids will NOT care about their toys.
you do not need a loanshark. you do not need a credit card. you do not need a loan. you need to recognize that your children having a home is much more important that santa claus. how about selling stuff you have that you don’t need? getting a second job? selling services to friends (ie’ house cleaning, babysitting, etc)? get rid of the internet/phone lines/ cable/ etc. get down to basics. you can do this. if you must get your children something, how about making them something? shopping at resale shops perhaps. get your credit in order then worry about things like xmas gifts. many people across the world are cutting back on giftgiving, i am. most people i know are. join us. it will be ok. i promise.
