Best UK Loans

I am 22 and in the UK. I didnt’t move out fo runi, I went to the one in our city becasue it had a good rep and the city had everything you could want. It saved me a lot of money, even tho I still owe a about £3k in student loan but I have plenty in the bank account.
I looked before but couldnt find anywhere. Now I have a full time job and graduyated form uni. Its not super great pay, just over £15k a year tho less after tax etc.
My friend have places or won’t move. So it means strangers. I looked at a place this week, its quite good, good size room and near wjhere I know some people. The peoiple in the house seem keen on me and the rent for the area is really really cheap, well cheap.
Some issues are, one shelf in the fridge thats a bit small and I likej my bottled drinks, they may not be paying council tax and I dont wanna get fined, they dont have a dryer, £300 bond plus a non refundable £50 admin fee for the agent.
What do you think?

well it sounds like the location and size of the place are just fine, however if you are worried about the council tax payment you should go and ask the people there about it so you won’t need to worry about getting into trouble

He says he'll leave if I don't go with him?
