Does UK student loans cover a masters/postgraduate degree?
I am currently studying an undergraduate degree and looking at carrying on to study a masters. Can you still get student loan to cover this or do you have to source the money upfront?
You cannot get a Student Loan for a Masters Course. Colleges to have bursaries and there are research grants available. Have a look at the Direct.gov website for more information on Postgrad support.
How to go to university (UK) without a student loan?
I want to go to university next year inshaAllah. I live on my own. I dont think I’ll have enough to cover the costs of university and the option that most people take is the student loan, as far as I’m aware, its haram because of the riba (interest) so how do Muslims deal with this problem?
